Advance Rockhampton is calling for a strategic, data-driven and relationship-focused professional to join our Economic Development team as a Senior Advisor Investment Attraction. This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
Who Thrives in This Role
- Degree qualifications in Business, Economics, Property or Supply Chain Management (or related discipline) and/or equivalent demonstrated knowledge and experience in investment attraction.
- Demonstrated experience in providing clients with a consultative service throughout the investment lifecycle, including following through on client requests, facilitating key introductions, anticipating client needs, and providing end-to-end guidance throughout the establishment of new operations.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with a wealth of experience in managing stakeholder engagement and the ability to multi-task.

Application Criteria
- Degree qualifications in Business, Economics, Property or Supply Chain Management and/or demonstrated experience in investment attraction.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective investment attraction strategy plans.
- Experience leading the continuous improvement of investment and funding frameworks and processes.
