Personal Assistant to Manager Fitzroy River Water

  • Permanent Full Time
  • Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
  • $86,153 – $91,629 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 3) + Superannuation
  • Location – Rockhampton

Your new role

Fitzroy River Water is seeking a customer focused and highly organised person to actively support the Manager with a comprehensive personal assistant service. You will assist with diary and meeting management while acting as a first point of contact for the section and providing administrative assistance to the coordinators of the section as required.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

  • Excellent attention to detail to accurately assist with reports, projects and minute taking.
  • You will have excellent time management, planning and organisational skills.
  • Strong team player who is goal orientated and motivated.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to act with a degree of initiative to assist the Manager and other Coordinators as required.
  • Experience in a fast paced work environment with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload ensuring all deadlines are met.

Application Criteria

  • Certificate III in Business Administration and/or substantial demonstrated experience within an executive support or senior administration role.
  • Conflict resolution, negotiation and communication skills with a strong focus on quality customer service.
  • Solid time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage a number of conflicting deadlines.
