- $120,459 - $127,807 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 7) + Superannuation

We’re looking for a dynamic leader to take charge of our Contracts and Tenders function, a role that sits at the heart of delivering transparent, efficient, and high-quality services to our community.
As the Contracts and Tenders Supervisor, you’ll lead a skilled team, manage complex procurement processes, and ensure Council’s contracting practices meet the highest standards of probity and compliance. This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Procurement and Contracting (or related discipline) and/or relevant experience in the field including demonstrated experience and high-level understanding of contract management and tendering processes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex contract negotiations and effectively manage contractual risks, including resolving disputes or issues that may impact service delivery or create risk to the organisation.
- Well-developed leadership skills and experience with proven ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of legislation, policy and procedures relating to Tender and Contract management within local government.
