Workplace Investigations Supervisor

  • Permanent Full Time
  • Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
  • $109,433 - $116,784 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 6) + Superannuation
  • Location – Rockhampton

Your new role

Are you seeking a challenging role which offers an opportunity to use your leadership and professional investigative skills on an extensive and diverse range of complaint types from public complaints to workplace matters? 

Council is seeking an experienced Workplace Investigations Supervisor to lead and coordinate the complaints management team and provide a confidential and professional investigative service across the organisation, utilising your high level of integrity and objectivity.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria

  • Extensive experience in the field of investigations with a proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate staff.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of legal and administrative law practices pertaining to investigative services.
  • Proficiency in producing logical and professionally written investigative reports of a comprehensive and complex nature.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with ability to quickly and accurately capture information gained through informal and formal interview processes.
