- Fixed Term (Until May 2027) Full Time
- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- $86,153 - $91,629 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 3) + Superannuation

In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Application Criteria
- Extensive experience in end to end recruitment and talent acquisition, with a deep understanding of best practice sourcing, selection, workforce planning, and stakeholder engagement across diverse business environments.
- Exceptional relationship building, communication, and influencing skills, demonstrated through a strong track record of partnering with stakeholders and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Advanced capability in crafting compelling job advertisements, with proven experience leveraging social media, digital platforms, and contemporary sourcing tools to attract, engage, and convert high quality talent.
