Plant Operator / Labourer

- Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9-day fortnight
- $73,569 per annum (LGIA Stream B Level 5 + Site) + Superannuation

Your new role
Join our Gracemere Civil Operations team! We’re looking for two motivated operators with civil construction experience in a rural setting.
Your days will be hands on, helping build and maintain vital road infrastructure while tackling tasks like concreting, pipe laying, level checks and bitumen work.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check – Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
- Possess relevant mobile plant operation tickets (e.g., roller competency).
- Proven experience working in a rural civil construction environment.
- Hold a Construction Industry Induction (White Card).
- Strong attention to detail with well developed organisational and problem solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a strong Safety First approach.
- Desirable: HR, HC, MR or LR class licence (an unrestricted “C” Class licence may be acceptable depending on the role).
