- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- Pro rata amount of $86,816 - $92,335 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 3) + Superannuation

What we are looking for
- Experience providing a wide range of support within an event, hospitality or similar dynamic work environment including planning and coordinating with outcomes
- Proactive individual, motivated to work as a team to deliver the Rockhampton Regional Council events program
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with a variety of stakeholders
- A natural organiser, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments, technology, work priorities and organisational needs

Application Criteria
- Proven experience delivering administrative support, including research assistance, preparing documents and reports, drafting correspondence, minute taking, and event coordination support within a large organisation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal to build strong relationships with community and stakeholders.
- Planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to meet required project timeframes and outcomes within budget.
