Fleet Administration Supervisor
- Permanent / Full Time
- Monday to Friday, 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- $102,311 - $106, 576 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 5) + Superannuation

Your new role
This role sits at the heart of our fleet operations, providing leadership and hands-on oversight of the Fleet Administration team. You’ll be responsible for driving the seamless delivery of fleet maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, vendor coordination, compliance, and reporting.
Beyond day-to-day operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in elevating how we work, leading improvements across systems, processes, and workflows to boost efficiency and performance.
You’ll also build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, and the wider community, ensuring our fleet operations remain both highly effective and fully compliant.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
- Degree qualification in Business Management (or related discipline) and/or extensive experience in senior fleet or workshop administration/supervisory roles
- Strong analytical capability, with proven experience reporting on fleet, asset, maintenance and financial data to support decision-making and budget management
- Hands-on experience in workshop administration, including work order coordination, maintenance planning, procurement activities and service delivery alignment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, with strong problem-solving skills focused on systems, process and fleet/work management improvements
