Supervisor Network Construction

- Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- $112,508 – $117,082 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 5 (38) + Site) + Superannuation

Your new role
Lead on the ground. Deliver at scale.
This role puts your plumbing expertise at the centre of keeping our community’s essential water services running.
You'll lead and motivate a skilled team delivering construction and maintenance works across multiple sites, using your trade knowledge to solve problems, guide safe work practices and ensure high-quality outcomes.
With a mix of hands-on technical oversight and day-to-day team leadership, you'll coordinate resources, manage budgets and keep projects moving efficiently. It's a dynamic role where your qualifications and leadership will make a real impact across Council's water and wastewater network.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
- Trade qualification as a Licensed Plumber and Drainer in Queensland (or equivalent experience) and a current Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
- Experience in the delivery of water and sewerage infrastructure construction projects.
- Commitment to safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement, with the ability to manage risk and drive safe work practices.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, decision-making and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and collaborate effectively with teams, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
