- Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
- $78,281 per annum (LGIA Stream B Level 5 + Site + Leading Hand 1) + Superannuation

Are you read to take the lead?
Step into a hands-on leadership role as a Team Leader, where you’ll guide a small crew delivering essential civil construction and maintenance works across the region.
You’ll coordinate daily operations, lead from the front, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
- Outline your background in civil construction or maintenance, including how long you have worked in the industry and the types of projects or activities you have been involved in (e.g. roadworks, drainage, concreting, or general infrastructure maintenance).
- Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating civil construction and maintenance teams, including guiding daily activities, allocating resources and ensuring work is completed to required standards (Including relevant Tickets and Qualifications).
- Strong commitment to safety and customer focus, consistently demonstrating Council’s values while delivering high-quality outcomes for the community
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders
