- $98,633 – $104,913 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 4) + Superannuation

Your new role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive support to our General Manager Communities & Lifestyle. This pivotal role sits at the heart of the department, ensuring smooth operations, strong stakeholder relationships, and high-quality service delivery across Council.
As a trusted partner to the General Manager, you will deliver high-level administrative and executive support in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You’ll exercise sound judgement, discretion, and initiative while managing competing priorities and supporting departmental objectives.
This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

Application Criteria
- Certificate III in Business Administration and/or demonstrated experience providing high-level executive or senior administrative support, with the ability to exercise confidentiality, discretion and sound judgement
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including acting as a first point of contact, managing sensitive enquiries, resolving issues proactively, and applying diplomacy and professionalism
- Strong research, analysis and written communication capability, with demonstrated experience preparing high-quality correspondence, reports and documentation, and a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and workflows, including resolving enquiries at first point of contact, applying problem-solving skills, and escalating matters appropriately when required.
