  • Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight
  • $112,508 - $117,082 per annum (LGIA Stream A Level 5 (38) + Site Allowance) + Superannuation

Ready to lead from the front and drive impactful projects?

An exciting opportunity has opened for a motivated and driven Supervisor to lead our Urban Operations team. You’ll coordinate projects across multiple locations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You’ll also bring strong experience in planning schedules, managing resources, and leading teams in a fast-paced civil construction environment. With varied sites, daily challenges and customer interaction, no two days are the same.

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).

What we are looking for

  • Strong leadership capability with experience successfully leading teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision and/or extensive experience in a supervisory capacity within civil construction
  • Forward-thinking and highly motivated, with proven experience coordinating schedules and resources across multiple sites
  • Commitment to a safety-first approach, with the ability to foster an inclusive and positive team culture
  • Highly developed communication skills to support effective stakeholder engagement and project delivery
  • Ability to exercise initiative and judgement to resolve operational challenges

Application Criteria

  • Relevant qualifications in Civil Construction Supervision and/or substantial experience across civil construction works, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, contractors and the public and manage complex situations
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple work crews across different locations, while leading and motivating teams to deliver results
  • Ability to work independently and resolve complex problems using sound judgement, initiative and decision-making
  • Proficient in computer systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite
