- Monday to Friday, 76 hours per fortnight, 8-day fortnight
- $74,957 - $77,483 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience (LGIA Stream B Level 3 - 5 + Site Allowance)

We are looking for a motivated or aspiring Roller Operator / Labourer to join our Gracemere Civil Operations Team.
Whether you are an experienced operator or looking for your next opportunity to grow in the civil construction industry, this is a great chance to contribute to meaningful local infrastructure work as part of a supportive, safety-focused team.
This position requires the successful completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
- Relevant mobile plant operation tickets (or willingness to obtain), such as roller competency and a White Card.
- Experience working in a rural construction or civil operations environment.
- Strong attention to detail, with well-developed organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a strong safety-first approach.
- An unrestricted C Class Licence. A HR, MR or LR class licence is desirable.
